OWNER/FOUNDER: MATT CALDWELL
Matt Caldwell is the owner and founder of HyperSpeed. Matt began his journey in esports by founding a team in the EA Sports NHL scene called the Arlington Outlaws in 2020. After spending a few years both playing for and running the Outlaws, Caldwell retired from the playing career and created HyperSpeed E-Sports in mid-2023. Since then, Matt has garnered widespread publicity in the North American VALORANT: Game Changers scene, being one of the most well regarded org owners to enter into GC.
Caldwell has earned the respect of many through his work with HyperSpeed, as Joshua Walfall called him "a passionate founder" who they "expect great things from" while ranking HyperSpeed the 141st best org on the Crunch Oraganization tier list, ranking them among some of the best organizations in the world.
Matt is also known for going viral in February 2026, as he sat in as the Emergency Backup Goaltender (EBUG) for the ECHL's Greenville Swamp Rabbits, who he also works for as a media assistant.

Kelci Belue is a photographer based in Greenville, South Carolina. She specialize in sports, automotive, editorial, and candid imagery. Her work is described as "focusing on capturing authentic moments, dynamic movements, and compelling storytelling through clean, sharp, intentional visions."
Kelci joined HyperSpeed in 2026 as a product and merchandise photographer.
